A Legal Disclaimer

Coaching is a powerful and transformative journey—but like any journey, the outcome depends largely on the energy, effort, and commitment you bring to it.

As your coach, I am here to guide, support, and empower you. However, lasting change is not something that can be guaranteed—it unfolds when you show up fully and do the internal work. For this reason, all coaching purchases are non-refundable once our work together begins.

I deeply value your time and mine, and I believe in honoring the sacred container we create together. Because coaching is a co-creative process, results are contingent on your willingness to engage, reflect, and take consistent action.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a session, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited, except in emergency situations.

No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations can disrupt your progress and are not eligible for make-up or refund.

Exceptions

While I do not offer refunds as a standard policy, I understand that life can be unpredictable. In rare and genuine emergency circumstances (e.g., medical crisis, death in the family), I may offer a partial refund or reschedule sessions at my discretion. Documentation may be required.

My commitment is to create a space that is both accountable and compassionate. If something unexpected arises, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m always open to honest communication.
