What is the difference between coaching & therapy?
Therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, exploring your past in detail, and working through unresolved trauma. Coaching, on the other hand, is more future-focused. We will acknowledge your past and its impact while setting realistic, actionable goals towards healing. Your coach will help you move forward with clarity, intention, and confidence.
What can I expect during a session?
Each session is a safe space—one where you don’t have to filter, perform, or hold it all together. Your coach will use a mix of somatic coaching, nervous system awareness, and trauma-informed tools to help you regulate your body, shift your mindset, and reconnect with your inner truth. You’ll walk away with clarity, a sense of relief, and simple practices to support you between sessions.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, absolutely. Healing shouldn’t feel out of reach, which is why we offer flexible payment plans exclusively for the 12-week Transformation Program.
