Therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, exploring your past in detail, and working through unresolved trauma. Coaching, on the other hand, is more future-focused. We will acknowledge your past and its impact. As your coach, I help you move forward with clarity, intention, and confidence.
What is the difference between coaching & therapy?
I specialize in helping women who feel stuck, unseen, or lost—especially those who grew up in emotionally chaotic homes. If you struggle with people-pleasing, anxiety, perfectionism, or patterns that keep repeating in your relationships, you're not alone—and there is a way forward.
Together, we’ll work on nervous system regulation, identity rebuilding, boundary setting, and learning how to actually feel safe in your own body and mind.
What areas can I help with?
Each session is a safe space—one where you don’t have to filter, perform, or hold it all together. I use a mix of somatic coaching, nervous system awareness, and trauma-informed tools to help you regulate your body, shift your mindset, and reconnect with your inner truth. You’ll walk away with clarity, a sense of relief, and simple practices to support you between sessions.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, absolutely. Healing shouldn’t feel out of reach, which is why I offer flexible payment plans exclusively for my 12-week Reset Coaching Program.
