Meet Chandi
Trauma may have shaped you, but it doesn't define you.
You’re probably here because you’re searching for freedom from the trauma that still lingers in your body. I get it, because I’ve been there. I was raised in a high-control religion and an adverse childhood where fear, guilt, and suppression shaped who I thought I had to be. Leaving wasn’t easy. It was messy, painful, and lonely.
But I also knew healing was possible. I rebuilt my life, and once I did, I realized I couldn’t keep the process to myself. There are too many people walking through the same pain I once carried. I distilled the most powerful tools and practices into a simple 4-step system that helped me rewire my nervous system, shed beliefs that weren’t mine, and step into a life that is authentically me. Now I guide others through that same process — so you don’t have to navigate it alone.
At Inner Light Healing, we go beyond addressing thoughts and behaviors. Instead, we utilize an holistic approach that focuses on the whole person and how their lived experience has shaped their mind, body, and spirit.
We begin with the mind, exploring the limiting beliefs, self-talk, and old narratives created by trauma, then work to reframe those stories into healthier perspectives. On the level of the body, we recognize how trauma shows up in the nervous system through patterns like fight, flight, freeze, or fawn and use tools such as grounding and breathwork to create regulation.
We provide a safe space to feel and process feelings that may have been suppressed or invalidated, while guiding clients toward authentic expression without shame or judgment. We conclude by connecting you back to your inner self (spirit) by building purpose, values, and autonomy. For some, this looks like rediscovering spirituality or faith; for others, it may be creativity, community, or purpose.
