Interoceptive Exposure: By safely experiencing panic-related sensations, we become more familiar with them—so they feel less intense or frightening when they arise unexpectedly.

Imagery-Based Exposure: This exercise helps clients gradually face painful memories from the past, allowing them to sit with the discomfort and build emotional tolerance and acceptance over time.

Graded Exposure: This CBT technique helps individuals confront and move through their fears, breaking the cycle of avoidance that often reinforces anxiety.

Thought Loop: This worksheet is designed to help individuals identify when and why negative thoughts tend to arise, providing insight into patterns that can be addressed.

Worst Case Thinking: This worksheet helps challenge catastrophic thinking by exploring fears and showing that the worst-case scenario isn’t always inevitable.
